Service Desk - 1st/2nd Line Support - Active Directory - Windows 10 - inside IR35

Initial 4 week contract that is likely to extend.

Service Desk background including phone support & working to a response SLA.

Skills required include:
* Active directory experience ( amending accounts, password resets etc)
* Good understanding of SLAs and what they mean
* Good technical knowledge around office 365, Windows 7 & 10, Citrix
