Working with predominantly internal customers this IT Support and Service Desk role will see provide IT Support and Service Desk solutions, you will build relationships internally and take pride in resolving varied issues both face to face and using RDS. In fact face to face support is also a big part of tis role so your client facing skills need to be amazing and you will need to take pride in your appearance. This is not a 'business as usual' role as the structure of the organisation will give you excellent opportunities for progression and learning. You'll get the opportunity to get involved in projects and develop your skill set as you progress. You'll be joining a team of 3 other analysts who report directly into a supportive and empowering Service Desk Manager
