Service Desk Analyst - Office 365 - Hemel Hempstead

Morson currently have a huge opportunity to join one of the UK's largest construction companies.

This is an opportunity to utilise all of your service desk analyst skills in a faced paced energetic environment in which all of your skills will be tested.


  • Day to day operational resolution of Level 3 & 4 support issues (primarily O365 related).
  • Research into new techniques & processes emerging in the market (primarily O365 related).
  • Fault finding support calls. Analysis of faults & errors, identifying the root cause.
  • Research and Development of solutions and resolution.
  • Risk Management of impact of faults and resolutions.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years IT support experience.
  • Prior demonstrable experience of administrating & supporting MS Exchange in either an on-prem or cloud environment.
  • Experience using O365 Admin Centre and in administrating Exchange using PowerShell.
  • Supporting MS Outlook.
  • Technical knowledge & experience of ADFS, AD Connect, FIM/MIM, Skype for Business, SharePoint and OD4B.
