Service Desk Analyst Level 3 & 4 - Office 365 - Hemel Hempstead

Morson currently have an exclusive opportunity to join a Tier 1 major client or ours.

This is an opportunity to utilise all of your support knowledge in a faced paced energetic environment in which all of your skills will be tested.

Job requirements:

  • Service Desk Analyst Level 3 & 4 to respond to, analyse and resolve Business Systems
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support including the administration and support of MS Exchange in either an on-perm or cloud environment
  • Challenges will relate to Office 365 and will require clear fault finding capabilities to identify issues and execute resolutions
  • Technical knowledge and experience of ADFS, AD Connect, FIM/MIM, Skype for Business, SharePoint and OD4B is essential
