- Provide remote & on-site support to clients
- Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate client issues in a timely and effective manner
- Work as part of a team to continually monitor and improve the delivery of IT services and solutions
- Maintain a strong customer focus, respond efficiently, create and update detailed documentation.

Superb Rate of £180-£200 per day.
Possible extension or contract to perm if wanted.
