The role

  • Provide remote & on-site support to clients
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate client issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work as part of a team to continually monitor and improve the delivery of IT services and solutions
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, respond efficiently, create and update detailed documentation.
