The Job:
Morson International is actively seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst for a contract role with one of our high profile Clients based in Central Manchester.

You will be supporting the team in completing day to day Service Management activities (inc. Change Management and Incident Management) for all core IT services.

This involves:
* logging and reviewing all Requests for Change
* creating CAB agenda's, arranging emergency CAB meetings
* updating change records through the change lifecycle,
* attending incident meetings and chasing internal and external resolver groups for incident updates.

The role will also be responsible for producing various management reports to support the function. There will also be a requirement to assist in a number of exciting new delivery steams such as a Service Desk tool replacement project.
