Service Desk Analyst, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, SAP, Citrix, Office 2016

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a European market leader. Working with a dedicated UK service team you will of act as one of the single points of contact for all internal users, receiving and logging calls and providing a high first time fix rate. This role offers excellent progression and the opportunity to develop your skill-set within a true market leader. As well being part of the Service Desk, you will also assist users provisioning new hardware such as PC's. Printers and mobile devices.

This role will see you

  • Providing 1st line and some 2nd line deskside support
  • Creating new users accounts
  • Configuring and installing new hardware
  • Providing IT inductions and training new starters
  • Escalating calls to the 2nd and 3rd line teams

Due to the variety involved within the role it is essential that you are driven and motivated, along with these personal attributes you will have experience with the below technologies

  • Windows 7/10
  • Microsoft Office 2016
  • Citrix
  • A good working knowledge of SAP
  • Active Directory, Password resets, Group Policy
