Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Helpdesk Support) - Leeds - 4 Weeks

We require someone to work on the IT Service Desk to take and log calls. The individual will be responsible to taking details of the callers issues and logging into the Service Desk Tool.

The successful candidate will also be required to escalate high priority calls as required and needs to be efficient and have a good telephone manner. They must be able to work under pressure.

Calls are ideally kept under 5 minutes. The IT Service Desk takes between 60-120 calls a day. Basic training on IT systems will be provided to ensure the individual understands their duties.
