Service Desk Analyst - Leeds - contract

Fantastic opportunity to work for a market leading organisation on an initial 3 month contract based in West Yorkshire. Working in the Service Desk team your responsibilities will include (but not limited) to the following tasks:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical IT help and assistance over the phone
  • Logging and prioritising calls on the system according to company policy
  • Perform troubleshooting via the organisations remote software
  • Establish the best solution and escalating if required
  • Technologies include Office 365, Windows Server, MS Exchange Administration and Active Directory
