This is a superb opportunity to join a well know global solutions provider who are recruiting for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their secure team in Stevenage. Working as part of a fast paced, dynamic team your role will be to analyse and prioritise support tickets quickly and efficiently, escalating to the appropriate teams. This role is part of a shift team with working hours between 11.00am to 7.00pm with some flexibiiltty required to cover other shifts.

The ideal candidate will have Service desk experience or be a recent graduate with a passion for technology with a strong understanding of SLA's and the ability to quickly understand customer environments to prioritise tickets, fix or escalate to the appropriate team. Working in a highly collaborative and secure environment you will need to have the ability to gain UK SC Clearance or already be SC Cleared.
