Morson International (Leiston ) branch are delighted to be working with our Client, who are a world leader in real estate services, powered by an entrepreneurial spirit.

They currently have a requirement for a Service Charge Administrator which will be based from their state of the art offices in Norwich.

The main duty of the role will be to prepare and collate service charge reconciliations, budget packs and issue them to tenants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, good customer service skills, able to communicate well and work either as a lone member or as part of a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well respected organisation in their market place with spectacular, modern and on trend offices spread over 3 floors, along with very friendly work colleagues.

Notes:
Duration: Initially 4 weeks, however there is possibility of an extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Pay Rate: £9.75 per hour
Commencement: Immediate
