My client is actively looking for a Senior UX Designer to join an existing team on an initil 3 month contract.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Be able to distinguish between good and great work, being able to articulate the difference
  • Strong visual and interaction design work
  • Create new designs, including (but not limited to) user flows, wireframes and mocks
  • Fluent in creating quick and dirty prototypes (proto.io, invision and principle etc)
  • Help further define digital style guides to create a modern visual language
  • Ability to learn new tools and do self guided work within a fast paced environment
  • Design, run and anlalyse user experience research and usability studies
  • Design and facilitate collaborative sessions with multi-discplinary teams
  • Design and deliver cross-discipline design sprints
  • Play a pivotal role in A/B and Multi-Variant testing
  • Define and deliver against comitted timelines
  • Assume the role of the user's voice in your cross-functional group

Knowledge, Experience and Skills Include:

  • Strong design experience of designing desktop and web apps
  • Experience planning and leading across discipline ideation workshops and design sprints
  • Comfortable in taking a leading role in multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Clear evidence of collaborative, interdisciplinary working methods
  • Driven, hardworking and passionate about design
  • Effective written and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (desktop, tablet, smartphone, app etc.)
