My client is actively looking for a Senior UX Designer to work closely with Engineers, Product Managers and the Creative Director to design products that are simple but great for the user, focusing on interaction and visual design.

Using your keen design aesthetic you will design and conduct experiments with real users so that improvements to the user experience are based on real user behaviour. You will make sure that the products are intuitive and usable to the millions of users. You will be experienced in using a variety of user research methods to reveal actionable insights and will have the ability to quickly develop recommendations based on quantitive and qualitive evidence.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create new designs, including (but not limited to) user flows, wireframes and mocks
  • Fluent in creating quick and dirty prototypes (proto.io, invision and principle etc)
  • Design, run and analyse user experience research and usability studies
  • Design and facilitate collaborative sessions with multi disciplinary teams
  • Play a pivotal role in A/B and Multi Variant testing
  • Assume the role of the User's voice in the cross-functional group
  • Mentor and develop less senor members of the design team

Knowledge, Experience and Skills Include:

  • Very strong experience designing desktop and webapps
  • Comfortable in taking a leading role in multi disciplinary project teams
  • Clear evidence of collaborative, interdisciplinary working methods
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (desktop, tablet, smartphone, app etc.)
