I have partnered with a key customer of Marson Talent to recruit for a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Officer.
Operating within the Energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy, this independent organisation plays a key part in the governments ambitions to reduce the UK’s carbon footprint, in addition to driving towards Carbon neutral status.
About the role:
As the Senior Stakeholder Engagement Officer your role will be to facilitate key internal stakeholders the opportunity to present/network/introduce to key stakeholders within target organisations.
You will be targeted in securing keynote speakers within relevant shows/exhibitions, creating opportunity for senior stakeholders to participate in relevant publications in addition to creating opportunities for direct, face to face meetings.
Support stakeholder research, own and maintain stakeholder maps, CRM (SalesForce), and relationship management matrices
You will operate within a Sales/Marketing role and enjoy being creative around Business Development.
If you have operated within either the Government or Government agency, or within the Energy sector, this would be an advantage due to sector knowledge.
Ability to tailor complex information into clear engaging content to different audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job types that would suit this role are: Senior Stakeholder Engagement Officer/Manager, Account Manager, Business Manager, Outreach Manager, Membership Manager or Sales Manager
The role will facilitate Hybrid working of 2 days office based, 3 days home based.
Whilst the role is initially a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, there is scope for the role to go Temp to
Perm should the incumbent perform in line with expectations.
