Senior Quantity Surveyor x 2 , Contract, Newbury

An urgent requirement for a Senior QS to start asap, ideally hold SC clearance or BPSS. This position will report to the Head of Commercial for AWE projects.

Role:
* The investigation and collation of potential Compensation Event information and data.
* Drafting notification of Compensation Events.
* Researching for and compiling quotations.
* Liaising with the other team members working on these activities including the Commercial Manager.
* Updating tracker schedules of progress achieved.

Experience required:

* A good understanding and working knowledge of the ECC NEC 3 contract, Option C.
* Notification of Compensation Events & Quotations
* A minimum of 15 years of manufacturing experience, or a combination of building and civil engineering experience.

Other:
- Nuclear experience is not essential
- Ideally local to site
