We have an opportunity for a Project Manager for our client to be based in Leicester on a 6 month contract, to support the gas distribution networks.

Management of the Area Leads to ensure the effective delivery of CMO workload across several geographically bound Areas within the East of England

Network Focus on safety, including process safety and effective risk management as required

The delivery of cost-effective and high performing processes, including driving improvement initiatives and sharing of best practices across the CMO and the Network

Providing strong leadership and specific insights as part of role within the CMO team

Delivering the operational elements of the customer strategy and the associated customer satisfaction scores

Delivery of internal and external outcomes associated with their role with specific accountability for relevant KPIs

Delivering the operational elements of the resolution of customer complaints and enquiries

Ensuring data recording and accuracy within the relevant network is appropriate and complete to support accurate management and regulatory reporting.

Local stakeholder management (Customers, local authorities etc.)

Managing and promoting compliance with policies, standards and procedures with accountability for effective resolution of any non-compliances identified, including supporting any reviews and investigations as required

Ensuring that the operational workforce/LDP under their supervision is appropriately trained, competent and has the necessary flexibility to meet current and future workload requirements
