Delighted to be working in conjunction with our Client who is a well respected and leader in their field of Renewable Energy.

We have the privilege of recruiting for a Senior Innovation and COE (Cost of Energy) Manager for their state of the art offices based in Swindon.

This role will require the candidate to drive commercialisation of innovation and ensure the right focus and budget allocation is set for R&D accordingly within the Offshore Wind, external partners, suppliers and stakeholders.

Managing a virtual expertise team you will continuously drive down the Cost of Energy for the lifecycle of our Clients Wind Farms ensuring all innovation, strategic, commercial and technical values are identified and monitored.

The ideal candidate will be educated to Masters degree level and will hold extensive relevant experience in a complex commercial renewable energy business or R&D environment.
You will be able to evaluate and make complex business decisions and recommendations and have the ability to forward plan, project manage, discover and resolve problems.
With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to manage a team, influence and build relationships with internal and external shareholders.

This role offers a competitive salary, 15% Performance Bonus, Private Healthcare, Pension and 25 days holiday.
