Our Client who are a Global Sector leading Company are looking for a Senior HR Manager for their European Head Office in Dusseldorf.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, as well as experience within the B2B enterprise sector, preferably for a well-known player within that market/sector and they will have a deep understanding of the European IT market.
Their responsibilities will include providing an insight into the local Enterprise Talent Management policies and practices, as well as the development of our Client's Talent Management and incentive policies. They will also be responsible for building the local Talent team to enable them to attract and recruit the best Candidates within Western Europe.
You will have detailed experience of managing and coaching teams and be responsible for managing Employee relationships.
Candidates must be fluent in English and can only be considered if they are eligible to work in Germany.
