Senior Delivery Manager - £650.00 per day - Inside IR35 - 12 month initial contract - Hybrid working at a site based near Slough.

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Utilize your knowledge of export-controlled information to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Drive business change and transformation initiatives, developing and executing strategies to improve processes and drive organizational growth.

Oversee data classification, data control, data governance, and data management projects, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.

Manage information security-related projects, collaborating closely with IT and security teams to protect company assets.

Effectively work with and manage offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination across multiple locations and time zones.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record as a successful Delivery Manager, demonstrating the ability to lead and deliver complex projects.

Proficient in driving business change and transformation initiatives, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives.

Ability to effectively work with and manage offshore teams, promoting collaboration and delivering results.

Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile methodologies, or information security certifications are highly desirable.

Experience in projects relating to data classification, data control, data governance, and data management.

Experience with export-controlled information is highly desired.
