Our Client urgently requires a Senior Administrator to join their existing claims and complaints team for an initial 6 month contract till March 2019, out of their offices in Wigan.
The purpose of the role will be to join the existing team of three, responsible for the swift and professional resolution of all claims and complaints within our client's organisation.
Deal with enquiries from customers, suppliers and a wide range of colleagues demonstrating excellent communication, verbal or written skills.
Typical claims will relate to Personal Injury, Estate Queries, Customer Dissatisfaction or Building Damage, the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting the relevant information and liaising with the appropriate Hiring Manager to successfully resolve the query in a timely manner.
This will include taking messages, drafting letters and conveying information with the appropriate stakeholders within the business. Ensuring you act appropriately at all times, upholding confidentiality as necessary.
Recognise and escalate issues appropriately in a timely manner ensuring compliance with customer service standards to ensure customer queries are dealt with effectively and closed satisfactorily.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working within an Administration function and possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills across all levels of business.
In addition you will be competent on Word and Excel. SAP experience is preferred but not a necessity.
The role is available Full time (37 hours per week) in their offices in Wigan.
