Morson have a requirement for Secretary to provide support at a Senior Level for a leading Oil & Gas company.


Provide high quality and efficient personal assistant services to the team manager/leader including drafting correspondence, budget and expenditure management, filing, business expenses, invoice tracking and control and related administration tasks as required 

Be responsible for a number of administration tasks including diary, email and telephone management as well as travel (local and international) and business expense management

Monitor mailbox for Executive Management Team member (if requested) 

Coordination of meetings with key interfaces (both internal and external) 

Provide support with meetings including agendas, minutes and key outcomes, ensuring that they are expedited in a timely manner 

Organise and book travel/accommodation for the department personnel 

Timesheet controller, responsible for processing monthly timesheets and main point of contact for any queries and corrections 

Recognised Business Administration qualification advantageous, or equivalent

Professional Skills & Experience 
Excellent administrative skills and organisational ability with a good understanding of the confidentiality requirements of working in a similar environment 
Advanced skills in all relevant IT applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
Prior experience of working in a similar role within the oil and gas industry preferred
