Scrum Master - HR/Talent; Crawley; £372/day LTD; 9-12 Month Contract

Working for our client to ensure the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team delivers an effective and continually improving operation to meet the needs of the business in identifying, pipelining and hiring against its Human Capital Requirements.

To coordinate and synchronise the TA operations team, using agile scrum practices to ensure effective work distribution and flow management and ultimately delight organisational stakeholders and applicants' 'experience of the hire process'.

Paraphrases and summarises to ensure a common understanding
"Nails down" key agreements and decisions
Ensures appropriate use of visuals

Gets the group back on track when confusion sets in
Keeps participant input relevant and on track
Keeps input concrete with minimal need for interpretation
Helps clarify responsibilities / accountabilities and builds success in the team by applying principles of success-based performance management
Helps the team understand organisational and technical dependencies while avoiding choke points

You will be experienced in managing a large team and can demonstrate the following;

Helps the team navigate complexity clarifies the process or steps to follow
Monitors and improves the processes
Maintains respectful communication within the group
Develops sufficient information about topics and avoids exhaustive discussion

Ensures adequate closure to discussion.
