Our client a leading Oil & Gas Operator are seeking a SCM Compliance Coordinator for a long-term on going contract role based in Aberdeen.


* Subject matter expert of the SCM Tender Board and Shareholder SCM Assurance processes and supports the Head of SCM & Logistics and Contracts Manager in their role of chairing these meetings
* Support the Contracts Manager in monitoring the Contracting Plan to ensure enough time is available for the appropriate Joint Venture review and approval process cycle
* Support and ensure SCM Contracting Specialists meet their commitments and time schedules for the review of Governance submissions to ensure there is enough time to go through the appropriate review and approval process cycle
* Support the Head of SCM & Logistics and Contracts Manager to ensure Governance process is being adhered to
* Focal point and subject matter expert on the e-Contracting tool, Contiki, supporting the Contracts Team with queries and ensuring best practice is adhered to
* Responsible for ensuring compliance to the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and support the P2P Reps throughout the business
* Focal point for the coordination, support, delivery & publication of all SCM process documentation within Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Focal point for the organisation, integrity and publishing of data on SCM public pages and team SharePoint sites

Key Duties


* Ensure close liaison with all Team Leads in regard to planning workload to meet the published Governance calendar
* Ensure all Governance submissions meet the agreed SCM schedules and commitments to planned dates are met for all key approval steps (Tender Board, SCM TAAG, ExCom and Board where applicable)
* Facilitate the Governance meetings, ensuring pre-read is submitted on time and take accurate minutes within the meetings
* Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the Governance process to ensure alignment
* Ensure executive management adhere to review and meeting cycles and do not delay the approval process
* Liase with Assurance Lead to ensure schedule for Shareholder approvals is accurate and papers requiring Shareholder approval are prepared on time
* Ensure governance process is being adhered to within the e-Contracting tool, Contiki, and inform on best practice
* Support Contracts Team with queries in Contiki and continually seek to improve the use of the tool
* Ensure new starts in the department receive relevant training for key systems
* Ensure all SCM process documentation aligns to IMS requirements and coordinate submissions for SCM
* Focal point for creating and publishing data on the SCM public pages and team SharePoint sites
* Support with SharePoint queries and assist with training and onboarding that may be required
P2P Compliance
* Maintain the P2P Dashboard, facilitate monthly compliance meeting and support communication with the P2P reps within the business
Special Projects & Ad Hoc
* Ensure delivery of allocated workload/project deliverables in accordance with agreed project charter or defined outcomes

Education Attainment & Accreditation

* Ideally Graduate in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, Law or other relevant subject or suitable equivalent experience through on the job training and development.
