We are looking to recruit an Administrator to work for BAE Systems based at their Samlesbury site. The role involves managing workflows and reporting information. The successful candidate will require experience of SAP, previous experience of using InforLN would also be an advantage.

Job specification falls into 2 main areas:-

New TAs
Updating new TAs into the SAPCAMs Toolset and reporting / monitoring the volumes of the TAs as they progress through the various Toolsets.

Existing TAs
Monitor and manage the workflow of new TAs that are being raised across all Programmes reporting on how many have been processed and the oldest date of the ones in the work queues.
Monitoring and managed existing TAs to ensure they are being progressed in a timely manner through the next two stages. Reporting on items that have failed to progress and log them and reporting on the volume of TAs that are successful and ones that fail and when appropriate raise incident logs.
Monitor and manage the workflow from SAPCAMs through into Infor LN and track and monitor at the stages that they failed and raise incidents were appropriate.
Monitor and track Deliverables from SAPCAMs into InforLN through to ensuring purchase orders get raised.
Daily generation of reports to give visibility of new work, completed work, failure volumes through the various Toolsets and work with the team to generate agreed mitigation.

The role will involve generating reports to allow visibility of New and Existing work through the various Toolsets, this is to ensure that the designed process is working or where it isn't working ensure mitigation activities are in place.
The successful applicant will have good attention to detail and be able to follow processes and produce reports. You will have excellent team working skills.
