Our Birmingham based client, has a permanent opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager.
You will have successfully completed a technical education and already have sales experience from within the Food industry. Ideally, you will have a good technical understanding (a knowledge of heat transfer, and a basic appreciation of Food Process would be an advantage), have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be familiar with the current MS Office programs. You should also enjoy a sales role, be able to work within a small team and show a high engagement with customers, determination, independence and reliability.
You will work as a Sales Manager in the Food, Beverage and Sugar industry. Your task is to develop a growing market segment with clear responsibilities. You will be required to create quotations, negotiate contracts, account management of existing customers and develop new sales channels to increase the customer base and ultimately the sales turnover.
Salary / Location
Up to Â£45,000 plus Company pension plan
10% Annual Bonus according to Company performance objectives
Company Car or allowance according to Company car policy
26 days vacation per year (+ BH's)
