Morson Talent are delighted to be working with a Manchester based Telecommunications company who are looking to add a Sales and Product Coordinator to their rapidly expanding team. This is a varied role with a mixture of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service rolled into one. You will be required to speak to resident’s face-face, take part in community marketing events, understand our infrastructure and the products we offer. Working as part of a small team you will have the opportunity of speaking directly with residents to engage them in this new technology and respond directly to questions and concerns.

Responsibilities
• Monitoring social media and answering customer queries relating to FTTP and availability
• Arranging leaflet distribution to new areas of our build
• Attend face-face resident engagement meetings to discuss build plans and answer resident queries
• Door-door sales including community outreach
• Working closely with our Build Assessment and Survey Manager to identify engagement areas
• Identify ways of improving resident engagement
• Promoting the brand
• Dealing with complaints and objections either directly or indirectly with end customers.

Skills & Experience
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills. Have to be engaging and willing to handle complaints
• A background in B2C Sales is desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as working individually
• Driving license and own vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tech savvy
