Sales Administrator (12 months FTC)
Salary - Up to circa £25k, plus bonus and benefits
Location - Elton, Cheshire
I am actively recruiting to a Sales Administrator on behalf of a large manufacturer based close to Ellesmere Port. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service
- Ensuring that all enquiries and orders are managed accurately
- Ensuring that the database is updated as appropriate;
- Providing reports to customers on a daily and weekly basis;
- Liaison with hauliers, customers and in-house teams as appropriate to ensure that products are delivered on time.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Excellent customer service
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.
- Strong IT skills; particularly within Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Background in Manufacturing would be advantageous; although not essential.
