We are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator/Receptionist for a Company with operations in the UK and Overseas.
This role offers full time working hours Monday to Friday and an attractive salary which is negotiable dependant upon experience.
Duties will include, but will not be restricted to the following:
Receiving calls and responding to email inquiries.
Adding and updating information on the database where applicable.
Liaising with colleagues regarding queries and orders.
Any other duties as and when required.
The candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to prioritise your work schedule.
Have good numeracy skills and be conversant in PC and Microsoft skills.
Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
