About the role
Working closely with the Managing Director in a busy Sales Office managing Customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, be a team player and be willing to learn. A lot of data entry will be required, and you will also be in contact with high profile clients, so maintaining professionalism always is crucial. An element of flexibility will also be required.
Key Requirements & Account-abilities
Processing customer orders and updating weekly schedules
Managing forecasts and highlighting trends/changes
Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
Chasing returnable packaging from the Customer
Attending telephone conference calls for industry updates
Processing price changes and updating contract reviews
Liaising with production to ensure orders are being met
Booking transport via several online portals
Creating dispatch paperwork, both UK and Export
Crating Billing Invoices
Creating the weekly order book for distribution to the Company Directors
Uploading of shipping documents once shipment is complete
Desirable Skills & Experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook essential.
Knowledge of Syspro, EDI or similar manufacturing software.
Good communication skills required

33 days holiday. (25 + banks.) However, 5 days are automatically allocated for the last week in July and 3 for the Christmas shutdown period.
