Reward Team Leader: Sales Bonus/Commission Specialist: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract: Bristol based with remote working available: Paying £16.50 per hour

Morson Talent are thrilled to be supporting our global, multinational client in their search for an experienced Reward Team Leader to join their team on a 6 Month contract basis. The Reward Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a small team of Reward Advisors to ensure that bonus and commission payments are accurate and timely, working with the HR and Payroll teams to provide solutions to any issues and queries as well as:

  • Performing data quality checks on the Bonus/commission payments
  • Analysing the root cause of queries and recommending solutions to reduce the number of ongoing queries
  • Ensuring payment data is delivered on time
  • Proactively resolving any issues.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks to enable accurate payment of Bonus/ Commissions to internal or external customers

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you are very data driven with a keen eye for to detail, can work in a fast-paced environment as well as the below skills and attributes:

  • Ability to comprehend and to analytically organise the various aspects of a problem or situation
  • A strong team player who can work in a cooperative and positive manner to achieve common goals
  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of managing a small team
  • HR Shared Service or Payroll experience is an advantage
