As Reward Director you will work closely with the HR Director and the Exec Leadership Team to design & deliver the Reward strategy. You will be responsible for leading the Reward team based in Birmingham and work collaboratively with other HR Leadership Team members.
You will be accountable for the delivery of major Reward / Change projects including a full job evaluation and grading exercise.
As Reward Director you will responsible for board level REMCO and business partner Business Leaders on Reward solutions.
