We are currently recruiting for a Reward and Benefits Advisor for our Client based in Redditch.
Reporting to the VP HR Global Functions, the role of Reward & Benefits Advisor is to provide effective administration of UK benefits to the UK based employees and provide governance to contracts across the Division
Oversee and administer the employees' reward and benefits packages across the Division, ensuring they are in line with Company policies and guidelines. Activity to include:
Car Allowance Scheme returns
Bupa Healthcare administration
Liaise with pensions on employee change requests for divisional staff
A to E Administration:
Production of A to E UK contracts.
Record keeping for all of the Division personnel - including salary and position details, personal details.
Tracking of A to E grade offers across the division ensuring that basic standard is maintained on all international contracts of employment.
Share Incentive Plan coordination with external provider
Maintain and update HRIS for division staff records
Assist in the deployment of the new HRIS
Audit of A to E data versus approvals through analysis of payroll returns - global.
Collation of data for P11D
Collation of data for Gender pay gap reporting
Qualifications and Skills
Broad knowledge of HR systems and Reward practices
Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required
Data processing skills
Exposure to Job Evaluation and Grading systems,
Exposure to using HR Information systems, Experience of working with salary data, understanding of data protection legislation, Exposure to executive pay and reward
Familiarity with web-based applications and a good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
