I am currently recruiting for a Resourcing Manager for a period of 12 months. The role will be to partner with business stakeholders to ensure that all Resourcing initiatives are clearly aligned to the overall business strategy with a clear return on investment measurement.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Working with business leaders and managers to review existing and future resource and skill gaps in order to help identify recruitment needs
    • Design and implement programmes that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organisation's talent pool.
    • Manage the development of the business resource plans in order to meet the diverse business requirements and be accountable for ensuring this is staffed accordingly to ensure delivery
    • Develop career pathing options for talented high potential individuals
    • Develop, manage and measure a network of external providers to support Resourcing delivery
    • Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, impact, etc. as required
    • Develop, agree and manage KPIs and SLAs as appropriate
    • Develop, implement and communicate processes and ways of working to enable efficient and effective delivery of the Resourcing service
    • Contribution to the annual HR Business plan
    • To be accountable for the increase in levels of direct recruitment across all business lines
    • Be accountable for all internal and external communications regarding recruitment / resourcing
    • To design and develop Company policies and procedures with regards to recruitment ready for internal approval

      Skills / Qualifications / Experience

      * Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment and selection best practice knowledge
      * Good literacy and numeracy skills
      * People management experience
      * Computer literacy skills with a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
      * Knowledge of relevant employment legislation
      * Familiar with Candidate Management Systems
      * Experience of stakeholder management
      * Experience of business partnering senior teams and leaders
      * Commercial Awareness
      * Ability to recommend, plan and deliver innovative solutions
