I am recruiting a Head of Resourcing to provide a resourcing strategy to support and deliver the priorities of attracting, selecting, recruiting and retaining the best talent now and in the future, aligned to the employer brand, maximising candidates first impression and experience.

Accountabilities of the role will include:

* Proactively partnering the business, developing and leading the delivery and maintenance of an overall recruitment and resourcing approach, that meets the specific needs of the business
* Creating, developing and implementing an employer brand and attraction approach, delivering capability to attract and hire talent to deliver business plan and goals in line with compliance, regulatory and quality standards and expectations
* Developing and building Hiring Manager capabilities, providing support and guidance to ensure the best candidates are selected to meet business goals and priorities
* Creating, managing, delivering and monitoring robust resourcing MI and KPI reporting and insight, analysing people and resourcing costs to influence decision making and focus for improved ways of working
* Leading, managing and developing the performance and potential of the resourcing coordinators

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

* Extensive experience and proven track record in a resourcing/recruiting role
* Experience of in-house recruitment, ideally within a Financial Services, Retail and regulated environment
* Excellent appreciation and working knowledge of attraction strategies that incorporate people initiatives, such as Employee Value Propositions
* Ability to build and maintain strong and positive relationships at multiple levels
* Proven track record in meeting and delivering multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously
* Proven track record in delivering strategic and operational end to end best practice recruitment and selection
* Extensive working knowledge of employment law aspects relating to resourcing
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
