I am recruiting a Resourcing Business Partner for my Engineering Client in Cambridge.

Reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, the overall role purpose is to ensure the company has the right people, in the right place, at the right time to execute its strategy.

To own and deliver continuous improvement in the Quality, Speed and Cost of Hiring for all personally assigned requisitions. Provide expert advice, data and recommendations to Hiring Managers to support key Resourcing decisions headcount decisions, job description definition, requisition-based sourcing strategies, interview & selection, and offer construction. Champion the Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

Resourcing Business Partners are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for all personally assigned requisitions from Requirements Definition, Sourcing, Selection, through to On boarding, and for the first 6 months of Employer's Tenure. Coach Hiring Manager in the head-hunting process, their role within it and how to interact with Passive Candidates

The main accountabilities will include;

* Present analysis of key headcount trending, recruitment and market data to inform local resourcing decisions
* Champion internal mobility
* Personally, be accountable for delivery of output metrics covering New Hire Attrition Rates
* Influence key stakeholders where no direct line responsibility exists to ensure output metrics are met
* Attend interviews with Hiring Managers to support the decision-making process, promote best practice and provide coaching as and where necessary
* Build and maintain a personal network of passive candidates for all business-critical roles
* Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, e-sourcing, on & off line advertising, events and agencies
* Conduct full briefing meetings with Hiring Managers for each role and develop role specific Value Propositions that remain within EVP and branding guidelines
* Ensure all marketing channels used meet employer branding guidelines
* Represent at industry events in line with EVP

Essential Knowledge and Skills;

* This is a hands-on role that requires a business focused resourcing professional who is passionate about recruitment delivery and customer service
* Experience in IT / Engineering Sectors would be advantageous
* Must demonstrate a clear track record of proactively sourcing a significant number of hires direct from the passive market using research techniques
* Will have spent a key portion of career in an Executive Search firm at Consultant level or higher
* Must be able to demonstrate previous experience in coaching hiring managers in interview technique and best practice search led recruitment
* Able to demonstrate in-depth understanding of current organisation/client's core business, organisation, strategic direction, challenges and aspirations
* Track record of successfully delivering full life cycle Search assignments
* Highly adept at conducting criteria-based interviews and uncovering candidate's motivations, career aspirations and goals
* Adept at setting and managing customer's expectations
* Able to positively influence at all levels of an organisation, and develop valued relationships with Hiring Managers and Candidates alike
