My Client a leading Facilities Management organisation are currently looking for an enthusiastic administrator to help them during their busy period.
- Answering the telephone
- Meet and greet visitors to the Management Office with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Issuing parking permits to contractors and tenants
- Issuing long term parking permits
- Monthly visit to a proportion of shop managers to discuss sales and other specific items
- Arranging refreshments and booking the meeting room
- Liaising with utility companies regarding outstanding invoices
- Liaising with contractors to obtain information required by Centre Management
- Checking daily inspections are carried out by on site contractors and paperwork is received and logged accordingly
- Assisting the Centre Management team with other admin duties commensurate with the role
- Have great attention to detail
- Be a good communicator
- Be able to work as part of a team
