My Client a leading Facilities Management organisation are currently looking for an enthusiastic administrator to help them during their busy period.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Meet and greet visitors to the Management Office with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Issuing parking permits to contractors and tenants
  • Issuing long term parking permits
  • Monthly visit to a proportion of shop managers to discuss sales and other specific items
  • Arranging refreshments and booking the meeting room
  • Liaising with utility companies regarding outstanding invoices
  • Liaising with contractors to obtain information required by Centre Management
  • Checking daily inspections are carried out by on site contractors and paperwork is received and logged accordingly
  • Filing
  • Assisting the Centre Management team with other admin duties commensurate with the role

  • Be a good communicator
  • Be able to work as part of a team
