Our Client urgently requires a Senior Administrator to join their executive team for an initial 6 month contract based out of their office in London, Docklands. The role is to provide an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support function to the Regional Director.

Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and administering a range of key operational activities for the region to agreed quality and service standards. You will be expected to take the lead at a senior administrative level and make decisions within a pre-defined scope based on an agreed set of criteria.

The role requires significant interaction internal and external customers and you will represent the region in communications and meetings etc. You need to be able to work independently and as part of a team using personal autonomy to make decisions escalating only as necessary.

This will include taking messages, drafting letters and conveying information with the appropriate stakeholders within the business. Ensuring you act appropriately at all times, upholding confidentiality as necessary. Recognise and escalate issues appropriately in a timely manner ensuring compliance with customer service standards to ensure customer queries are dealt with effectively and closed satisfactorily.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working within an Administration function and possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills across all levels of business. In addition you will be competent on Word and Excel. SAP experience is preferred but not a necessity.
