We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic administrator to join our overseas contract recruitment team based at our modern, purpose-built offices in Trafford Park (close to Media City and the Trafford Centre). Reporting to the contract Account Manager, this role is a unique position responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment team as well as day-to-day support and assistance to contractors posted overseas.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the recruitment team with sourcing new candidates
- Sending prospective candidates CVs to clients
- Arranging interviews
- Dealing with telephone and emails enquiries from both candidates and clients
- Coordinating security clearance applications and reference requests
- Organising travel / visas / passport applications for candidates
- Booking/arranging training courses
- Arranging medical clearance and policies
- Assisting with the monthly payroll run
- Issuing of various reports to the client as and when requested including monthly updates, pricing documents, new candidate costings
- Updating personnel records
Due to the varying workload, the successful candidate for this role will be required to work under pressure and unsupervised. Assertive, confident and professional communication skills are essential, as this role involves candidate and client interaction via telephone and email. The ability to multi-task whilst meeting demanding deadlines is required, as is competency with Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience in a fast-paced and varied administrative capacity is desired.
