Recruitment Resourcer

Morson Talent - London Southwark Street

Salary based on experience

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful operation on Southwark Street in London. This role will be very much delivery focused supporting the existing team with recruitment delivery and administration. Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial, but not essential and strong organisational, administration and time-management skills are fundamental in this challenging role.

This role can present progression for an ambitious Resourcer/ Administrator looking to move into an established recruitment delivery role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Recruiters with the end to end recruitment process
  • Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
  • Proactively manage and maintain our database of candidates
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
  • Resource candidates from job boards and relevant sources
  • Format CV's in line with client requirements
  • Support the end to end onboarding process
  • Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements
  • Complete any other general administrative duties

What we are looking for -

  • An experienced Recruitment Administrator/ Resourcer, (Experience resourcing within Highways/ utilities/ renewables/ construction or rail would be advantageous)
  • An understanding of the end to end recruitment process
  • Experience of building relationships candidates
  • Experience using and maintaining recruitment databases
  • Competent using Linked in recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills
