We are looking for someone who has demonstrable and successful track record as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant and is looking for a challenge of growing a team in a new office. The position will be a hands-on, billing role rather than a pure man-management job. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous team lead experience however we would consider strong senior candidates who have a strong track record of billing combined with some mentoring and coaching experience.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a very strong customer service focus combined with strong work ethic, resilience, tenacity and the ability to prioritise effectively in fast paced environment.

As a Senior Consultant / Team Leader you will be responsible for managing your own desk including generating leads, making sales approaches, arranging appointments and the managing the candidate journey through to placement. In addition, you will take responsibility, with guidance and training, for the overall growth of the office.
