The Bridge I.T (part of the Morson Group), are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in IT Recruitment to join their Manchester branch based within their modern purpose built state-of-the-art offices near Trafford Centre. You will work for one of the most highly regarded IT recruitment consultancies in the UK and have the opportunity to draw on the experiences of some of the industry's most successful recruiters.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing your own desk including generating leads, making sales approaches, arranging appointments and then managing the candidate journey through to placement.

We are ideally looking for people who have worked in an IT, Cyber Security, Technical or Business Transformation recruitment role previously. We would however consider candidates who have worked in another recruitment discipline or professional B2B sales roles previously and demonstrate the right attitudes and behaviours to become successful in a highly competitive environment.

We are a team of high performing individuals who set high standards both internally and with our customers. By hiring great people, we trust our employees to do their job without micro management and heavy KPI's, instead we manage by results and incentivise our consults heavily to perform at a high level.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a very strong customer service focus combined with strong work ethic, resilience, tenacity and the ability to prioritise effectively in fast paced environment.
