We have an exciting opportunity for a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to be based on the Westlakes Science Park, Moor Row, Cumbria

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our hugely successful and proactive Whitehaven recruitment team.

This is predominantly a delivery role with minimal business development.

Previous recruitment experience would be a great advantage as would experience of working in the design / engineering industry.

Strong organisational, administration and time-management skills are fundamental in this challenging role.

* Contract recruitment
* Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
* Proactively manage a database of candidates
* Ensure candidates are kept informed and receive a high level of customer service
* Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company
* Resource candidates from job websites
* Manage candidate queries
* Take in job details from clients
* Format CVs
* Process reference requests
* Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements
and resolve any queries regarding salary, absences or any other factors which
may affect performance.
