We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our very successful Aerospace Department, based in Salford. We're ideally looking for somebody who has some recruitment experience (12 months+), as this will be a fast-paced role driving excellent delivery for our established clients, but also working to generate new business for the team. We're interested in speaking to recruiters working in all industries -aviation experience is a bonus, but by no means essential.
Managing a truly warm desk, you'll be working on vacancies coming through thick and fast from clients, searching for all levels of professionals using our state-of-the-art in-house database of contractors, job boards, advertising, and social media - sourcing the way you see fit. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates before submitting them to your clients and managing the recruitment process from thereon in through to offer and onboarding stage, ensuring the highest quality of customer service is given to both candidates and clients.
You'll also have the exciting task of identifying business development opportunities and using our excellent reputation to win new business and projects. Recruitment in this department is a team effort, with the culture of sharing leads and knowledge responsible for its growth and success.
