Recruitment Administrator; Stevenage; Contract;
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator for our client based in Stevenage.
The successful candidate will be arranging and booking interviews for each business directorate
Liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies.
Responsibility for the co-ordination and set up of psychometric testing, ensuring both tasks are completed in an efficient way.
Be a proactive member of the wider Resourcing UK team, participating in meetings and contributing to the planning of activities.
Support the resourcing process in the administration of all permanent recruitment, participating in recruitment events such as open days which may involve occasional Saturday working.
The Successful candidate will meet and interview candidates when required and co-ordinate security requirements including performing ID checks.
Perform general administration duties.
Skills and Experience
Excellent organisational skills
Previous experience in dealing with high volume recruitment.
Good prioritisation skills to manage own workload and maintain business standards.
