We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Administrator to join our team based at our based at our modern, purpose-built offices in Trafford Park (close to Media City and the Trafford Centre). Working within a small, busy Administrative team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administration support service for one of our biggest and most successful recruitment departments. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • CV formatting
  • Creating and amending contractor contracts
  • Collecting references for new contractors
  • Record compliance documents (such as right-to-work and security documentation)
  • Maintaining an up-to-date electronic filing system, ensuring information is stored in the correct system in-line with internal processes and data protection legislation
  • Responding to contractor queries via telephone and email relating to contracts, timesheets, and pay, liaising with the relevant in-house teams to reach a resolution

The suitable candidate for this role will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. The flexibility to cope with multiple tasks and deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention-to-detail is essential. A high level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, is required.
