Morson are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recruitment Administrator based in their St Alban office, on a contract basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: Our Client's Graduate Recruitment Team is responsible for recruiting over 600 graduates & placement students annually into our offices across the UK & Ireland, as well as up to 100 apprentices. they are one of the largest graduate intakes within our sector, recruiting across over 40 different disciplines and processing up to 15,000 applications a year. The successful candidate will be based full time in our St Albans office and will play a key role in supporting candidate management through our recruitment management system, the administration of our campus events, and provide general support to the wider recruitment team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Administration support of our campus events programme - completing booking forms and producing event instructions

* Supporting the recruitment process such as arranging interviews, front end application sifting, and raising offer forms

* Manging ad-hoc requests to send marketing materials and stands to employees across the business attending local fairs at universities and schools

* Managing the graduate recruitment mailbox

* Other administration and co-ordination support of the graduate recruitment team as and when required

Requirements: Candidates must be able to demonstrate the below:

* 2+ years of experience in recruitment administration and co-ordination

* Ability to manage high volume administration tasks

* Self-drive and excellent attention to detail

* Excellent Excel and Word skills

* Ability to work as part of a team, and a personal drive to deliver excellence

* Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively Preferred Skills & Experience

* Experience within a graduate recruitment environment

* Experience of using Kenexa BrassRing

* Experience of organising recruitment events
