We are working with a valued client that specialise in the engineering space to recruit a Recovery Team Administrator to support their business to investigate open jobs and help them move through the required stages through to closure.
This is a 3-month fixed term contract however there is a possibility for this to be extended.
Working though allocated work orders to investigate and provide status updates i.e. you will investigate the current status of the open job order and update details if necessary, check if the team have attended the job, check if the work has been completed to a satisfactory standard or if there is still outstanding work to be done, check the correct costings are attached to the job, review any issues that may require attention, refer via the correct channels, oversee the process through to the work order successfully closed and ready to be sent to the invoicing department.
Primary objective is to get as many work orders to billing status whilst ensuring the works have been carried out to a satisfactory standard.
- Intuitive with good attention to detail
- Problem solving mindset
- Inquisitive nature, to ensure work orders are investigated thoroughly
- Good questioning skills
- Comfortable speaking to people at all levels of the business to gain updates
- Experience of dealing with a database system (Maximo experience would be advantageous)
The successful candidate will receive full training and gain on-going support from a great team. They are looking for someone with a positive and confident attitude and who can work well as part of a team but also independently.
