Our client is seeking a Receptionist for a 2-3 week role based in the centre in Glasgow.
Reception & Administration meet, greet and induct all visitors to the office (if more than one person works on a rotation between department and reception)
Answer all incoming calls in a timely professional manner directing calls as necessary
Meeting room bookings and co-ordination of room configuration and catering requirements
Manage mail room,handling incoming and outgoing packages, or support or provide backup to individual(s) performing such work as required.
Assist with archiving as required
Maintain notice boards in line with standards
Order and maintain stationery and consumables associated records
Support office health and safety activities as needed. May serve as Safety Warden Fire Marshall
Management of first aid boxes and welfare room
General assistance to local Facilities team as required.
Must have reception facilities experience.
