Receptionist / Administrator - Leicester - Ongoing Contract

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic experienced Receptionist to manage our client's reception area and provide administrative support to their Leicester office team, based in Anstey, Leicestershire.

You will be the first point of contact and responsible for warmly welcoming our clients, visitors and greeting our internal and external people. You will coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls as well as carrying out general office administration activities.

Front of house is often very busy and you should be able to juggle priorities, act quickly whilst remaining calm under pressure.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities
* To provide corporate hospitality for clients in a busy environment where priorities often change
* Maintain the reception and meeting room areas and equipment to a high standard
* Arrange hospitality/catering requirements for client, internal meetings and training courses
* Deal promptly and efficiently with requests from clients and visitors.
* Carry our various administration tasks
* Book travel and accommodation as requested
* Carry out general office duties including binding, photocopying, post, filing, archiving etc.
* Accurate formatting of documents
* Supporting and assisting our central facilities, H&S and IT teams
* Willingness to be flexible and adaptable which could at times mean working additional time and other offices for short periods of time
* Ability to adapt new ways of working, including the introduction of new technologies
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
