We have an excellent opportunity for a PART TIME RECEPTIONIST based in LEEDS
to start beginning of December. This role is URGENT - please get in touch ASAP.

The ideal Candidate will have experience of working in an office / administrative environment as well as specific reception experience.

You should possess excellent interpersonal skills through dealing with Clients, visitors and staff politely and efficiently and have ea good telephone manner.

This position is for 2.5 days per week
Monday and Tuesday - 8am - 5pm with one hour for lunch.
Wednesday - 8am - 12 noon.


REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organisational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing with staff at all levels.
Self-motivated with a positive approach to tasks.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception:
Meet and greet all visitors to the office, ensuring they watch the HSE visitor induction presentation and receive visitors badges.
Answer all incoming calls in a timely, professional manner - directing calls as necessary and / or taking messages.
Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy.
Excellent awareness of and input to local emergency procedures such as fire evacuation, first aid etc.
Manage the answering machine - ensure appropriate messages applied at relevant periods.
Car park management for visitors and contractors.
Order taxis for visitors as required.
Distribute and track visitor access cards.
Manage meeting rooms.
Booking lunches.
Filing delivery notes and forms.
Arranging couriers.
Assisting the Establishment Team members with admin tasks as required.
Covering for annual leave and sickness.

Previous Hotel Reception experience would be ideal.

This role is URGENT so ideally, we would look for a successful Candidate to attend a Training Course later this week.
